Greetings all Hamilton Irish Arts members (and soon-to-be members, we hope!),
Our Annual General Meeting will take place next Tuesday, October 5th on the Corktown Patio, beginning at 6 p.m. sharp. Our makeup date, in case the weather doesn’t cooperate, will be Tuesday October 12th (same place, same time). Flashlights and jackets are recommended!
Our agenda will be finalized and distributed tomorrow. Note that one of the important orders of business is the election of the Executive Members. Any member may stand for office, so if you have an interest in getting involved let us know. We have had an ongoing vacancy for a Youth Officer; any of our younger family members are especially encouraged to express interest and to help promote Hamilton’s Irish Culture within the city’s youth.
