The Midwest is hosting a series of workshops and we are inviting our Canadians friends (who are members in good standing) to join us. To RSVP, send an email to me and I will send you the Zoom link.
Our first Midwest Regional workshop will be medium skills concertina with All Ireland Champion Roisin Broderick. If you are not ready for that skill level, I recommend you sign in anyway and listen in for tips that will help you later. Just LMK when you register.
It will take place at 1 p.m. Central Time on Nov 22 and is scheduled to last 2 hours. Fair warning: Roisin says she often runs long, so be sure to block out some extra time.
Just a reminder: members will need to register in advance by sending an email to [email protected] with name, phone number and email address. Once I receive this, I will forward the Zoom information to you.
The class is free and on Zoom. Registration is due by immediately, so register now, please. We will not be able to accommodate registrations on day of.
Members must be in good standing (meaning they have submitted their 20/21 dues to their branch).
This is the first workshop in our Midwest Regional sponsored series. (Hooray!) Next up is banjo (Jan) then singing (Feb). Fiddle is also planned for either December or March.
